Hi Ashley! This week I focused on shoes since we were down the past two weeks. I moved the casual shoes on the first shoe fixture so its the first thing you see when you walk into it and moved the boots to the second fixture...i also cleaned up the maxi rack that hosted all the boots and made it so that all that was on it are the promo festival boots. We added a Halloween display on the top shelf of the beauty cluster and also double represented it on the wacc cluster. I added the addidas to the shoe display table where previously they werent because we felt it cheapened the table, but now that most of the shoes went on markdown they are shining bright! The tangle teezer has not moved for us for about 30 years so we moved it to where the hair accesory peg is in hopes that since there is always traffic there that they might get curious and HAVE to try it!

ReplyDeleteAll of these fixtures look so great! Everything is so clean and makes sense with whats around it! I love all your movement...its all about finding what works for that item and sticking to it! Great job! Lemme know how all the moves worked out!
